WARRANTY

We pride ourselves on providing quality products that meet our customers’ expectations.  Please be aware that our painted products are produced using the same high quality paints found on the exterior of your vehicle when it was made at the factory.  The durable finish on both our painted and hydrodipped products has been designed to stand up to the wear and tear of day to day driving.  However, we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused when the vehicle is used to the extreme (e.g. track use) where temperatures become very high.  We would advise removal of the parts before using your vehicle for this purpose.  Additionally, we also recommend that care is taken when jet washing your vehicle, particularly when the lance is in close proximity to the paintwork.

 

RETURNS – STOCKED ITEMS

Should you decide to change your mind within 14 days of receiving a stocked item, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange (custom orders not included). Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase arrived.

Should you receive an item that is not as it was described, is missing parts or has been damaged prior to receipt, you have 14 days from the date you received it to contact us regarding a refund or exchange.  Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if more than 14 days have passed since you received your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging and packaged well enough not to incur damage while in the postal system. Should the returned goods arrive damaged then we withhold the right to provide a full refund and a restocking charge will be levied.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

To request a refund/exchange, please email info@customrides.uk.  We aim to reply within 1 working day. Upon acceptance of your return you have 14 days to return the item to us.

RETURNS – CUSTOM ITEMS

If you have ordered a customised item(s) to your specific requirements, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or refund if you change your mind.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
 
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  In some instances we may ask for photographic evidence of this.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@customrides.uk.  We aim to reply within 1 working day.

 
If the product you are returning is no longer in stock we will issue a refund.
 
RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 44 Welbeck Road, Barnet, Hertfordshire EN4 8RZ.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
 
When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
